At the age of 18 Adela was admitted to one of the top ranked business schools in the US, and her dream of establishing herself in the world of finance in New York was one step closer. She tells the story of a (in most people's eyes), terrifying and draining recruitment process, and how she became the youngest Swedish women on Wall Street. About: Adela: Adela Dashian graduated from Villanova University in 2016 and has since then worked for several investment banks both in the US and Sweden. She began her career in New York before moving to Stockholm where she currently is a Vice President at Jefferies.
